Hi  Everyone,

My name is Raena Shuster and I’m 17 years old, and was born and raised in Fort St. John, British Columbia. I will be representing the North BC for a year and this blog is to keep everyone updated on my activities as Miss Teen Northern British Columbia – World 2012.

It will be a busy year balancing work, dance, fundraising and other activities but I am up for the challenge, and plan to do as much with my title as possible.

I was just a small-town girl with big dreams until I competed in the Miss Teen British Columbia -World pageant. At the pageant I gained a lot of confidence in myself and learned so much about how to be a positive role model in my community. Now that I have a title I plan on fundraising as much money as possible for Free The Children, an organization the Miss Teen Canada supports, and volunteering lots in my community.
